I went to the topic to look for pride merchandise to wear at my job the workers were saying we try to keep that away she asked another co worker where pride was but she whisperd it like it was offensive to say I'm sad for hot topic being closed minded that's why I went to Spencer's instead irs 2022 when does the change begin

Cool stuff no doubt, just wish stores would make it easier to shop. The merchandise is crammed and you can's navigate your way thru. Not just this store a lot of smaller stores in the mall are like that.

A pretty standard hot topic, but the vibes are a little weird. The workers are a little standoffish, and only really interact with you if you're checking out, which isn't a bad thing in and of itself except if you ask a question they like to give you this look: 😒. I work in customer service so I get sometimes you just really don't wanna answer stupid questions from customers, but it kinda makes me not want to visit your store! I'm sure they'd prefer that actually so idk. Other than that though the store is clean enough, well stocked, etc.

I visited a few weeks ago. Honestly I’d never come back. From the moment I walked in I was ignored. It took approximately 30 minutes for me to be acknowledged. The employees were talking among themselves and slacking off. Awful customer service, and this comes from someone actually working in retail. I was turned off and bought nothing…I was the one who had to approach an employee, shouldn’t it be the other way around? Lol
