This neighborhood has a lot of potential. However, even with expensive CDD fees and HOA fees, the developer of this neighborhood severely neglects the landscaping—to the point the common area grass is sometimes over a foot tall, and of course no fertilizer and completely filled with weeds.

Beautiful new construction community. Amenity center with lazy river, lap pool, fitness center and clubhouse. 13 miles of walking trails and kayak launch.

100 Kayack Way is the community clubhouse at Shearwater. Some realty websites are listing that as the address for all the different model homes for sale inside Shearwater. Chances are the model you want is still available in the neighbourhood.
