Enter from the outside the building. (You cannot access the Amazon hub locker from inside the student union). Once inside-- If you're making a return-- there's no need to talk to anyone. Just scan your bar or QR code, a door opens. you put your item in the locker, close the door. And you're off!(For returns, it's something like an automat in reverse)

Easy Peasy..... Convenient and if you come later in the day there's usually easy parking on the block for a quick dash in and out.

I had a great experience at the Amazon Hub Locker plus on the University of California, Berkeley campus. It’s located on the second floor of their student center located off of Martin Luther King, Jr Blvd. Amazon Hub Locker+ allows customers to choose a Amazon Locker+ location as a shipping destination for all Amazon.com orders. The Amazon Hub Locker+ customer experience today is primarily a 'buy online, pick up in store' model that offers fast, safe and convenient pickup on millions of items. Berkeley University students work the counter and are extremely helpful.

SB is right. Anyone can send orders there and parking is bad. But there are benefits: nearly unlimited locker space, they take returns and there's a coffee bar adjacent. Sunday mornings are best for parking.

Yes, in fact they told me they prefer non-boxed returns, because they load all returns into a container to ship back to a returns center. And if returns are boxed, they take up more room in the container. They supply plastic bags in different sizes if you need to bag your return.

Technically yes..but someone you trust cuz they need to know your Amazon login. They send a text to the phone # on file so make sure yall both have phones charged and ready.
