two very kind employees were quick to help guide me send an important package. I had no wait, but I did go at noon on a Friday. I do know it is often quite a long wait, but that wasn't my experience today.

Do not come to this location if you are driving. There are just a few parking spots and they are always full. I had to wait 45 min to park. If you try and park anywhere else you will get a ticket or towed. The meter maids are always circling the area trying to catch anyone because they know you don't have any other options. I witnessed a full out shouting/cussing match with 2 customers fighting over a parking spot. It's ridiculous. Staff is rude, but at least they try to be quick.

While I have had many average experiences at this location, today I had an extremely helpful post office employee help me. He helped me find a box to best fit what I wanted to ship when the standard ones did not work by rummaging in the back, and helped to hand pack my items. Great job, Phil! (I think that was his name).
