I have absolutely loved my experience so far with ARIUM Kildaire! The front office staff is amazing with following up all my questions for maintenance, moving in, etc. I also love how involved in their residential community they are to provide a happy living experience for everyone! The property is highly maintained and is pet friendly! 10/10 recommend!

I’m a few months in as a resident and so far everything has been exceptional. The staff were very welcoming during the touring and application process and continue to be when I see them around the community. Their prices are very competitive for the location and amenities and I can only hope they stay that way. Apartments are in great shape for the age of the community and do not feel out of date; maintenance is quick and thorough. The only thing I wish didn’t take months to do is re-mulching the dog park so it isn’t always a muddy mess. I’m happy to call this place home so far and I hope that continues for years to come.

This luxury community is outstanding. The grounds are so well kept and the apartment is updated with all new stainless appliances and new floors with fresh painted walls. Beautiful community pool and grill/lounge area. Dogs on leashes. Full gym and water fountains! Friendly and helpful office staff. Thank you Whitney, Kathy, Kevin, and Trevor for being so kind and welcoming to a stranger in town. Speaking of location.., so many great places to eat and shop surrounding the community ( 5 minutes walk away). Sidewalks paved and clean.
