I do not mind being given information but presentation is everything. Though the customer is not always right, what they say should be considered. Just because someone works for you doesn’t mean they are always right either. Good customer service goes along way.

Michael is so rude and unprofessional. Very disrespectful and honestly should get more training as a lead or supervisor. All over them messing up an order. The mint chocolate chip ice cream is old, gritty and taste like sand. Now my husband advised him we had this issue on 3/27/22 and asked to for a sample which I thought they did at BR but maybe due to covid I’m wrong. Also we tried to get it again for my mom and was told last week was an old tube but this week was going to be much much better. So my husband gets to parking lot after being assured the ice cream was fresh and GUESS WHAT it was gritty, nasty and tasted like dirt. So then my husband had to wait in line all over again for Michael to have a nasty attitude at the window.

This is most definitely a 2'fer. You have Dunkin'(formerly donuts)and Baskin Robbins side by side, under the same roof and inside of the same business. I've stopped here for donuts a few times in the last couple of weeks. And I have yet too be disappointed with my purchases. My standard order is for a dozen donuts. With tax, the cost is a very reasonable $10.81. The assortment is extremely wide and varied. The staff members on duty were efficient, friendly and the store was extremely clean. Everything was handicap accessible and the stores are only allowing to-go orders at this time. If you took the time to read this review, please take a 1/2 second and click like. Thank you.

I would definitely apply in person. If you show up in store, it shows management that you are serious about really wanting to work there. Honestly, if possible, I would try to either borrow a phone from someone else that you can be reached on or try to get a cheap phone. Its hard to communicate if you don't have a way to be reached. Good luck!! Hopefully you get the job!!!
