This is another great Starbucks. The people are so friendly! While traveling, I accidentally sent my mobile order to wrong store. They immediately took care of by making my drink and diverting my egg bites. This location gets super busy. They do a phenomenal job working through orders quickly. They have doggy treats near the door for anyone that has a dog. They have a board where customers leave comments that is filled with positive feedback.

Shopping at the Gateway Village Starbucks is the most painful shopping experience you will have at any establishment in Charlotte NC and it is only progressively getting worst! I use to go every morning because of it’s convenient location but never again 👎 Employees have an unhealthy obsession with their phones, it’s obvious the moment you walk through the doors. Management is disappointing and would be better suited at a GameStop or in a Walmart Electric dept. He was agitated, obnoxious and told lies. Horrible customer service, even worst coffee. Not to mention he has expressed on multiple occasions his obvious distain serving me because of what religious connotation he feels my name holds or doesn’t! I use to come to Starbucks for coffee, not an anxiety attack. NEVER AGAIN! Do not shop here especially at this location! This was their venti btw, cup wasn’t even half full. Stay away STAY AWAY!

This is the WORST Starbucks in the Uptown Area. To be remotely in the perfect location where there is a Fortune 500 company, college and major hotel in the radius, this is the most unprofessional, unorganized, ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS out of EVERYTHING!! I WISH they would close this store down or get better staff. I miss the old staff from 3-5 years ago, they were friendly and kept this store running as Starbucks should and NEVER ran out of items!!!

This is the best Starbucks on the planet. I come here all the time specifically because the service is incredible. One gentleman in particular, Brandon, always has a smile and never ceases to amaze me how well he remembers people. He always makes sure to wish everyone a good day with such sentiment. Service like this from him and everyone there is so special and I will continue to choose Starbucks because of them and their kindness!
