Genuinely the slowest service ever. Staff needs retraining and situational awareness. Literally go anywhere else because you will be late for work or just straight up won’t get the right order. Multiple experiences with not getting food and not getting a refund in store as well as waiting 30+ minutes for a basic coffee. You’d get less of a wait time at a sit down place. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt and it continuously screws me over. Don’t waste your money.

It's so very sad when I don't receive my order the way I ordered it and I work for Dunkin donuts also but another location....Today my husband goes in there after he got off work this morning... I always get a medium coffee with 4 caramel swirls 2 sugars and 5 creams and him an iced coffee but when I taste my coffee it's nothing like he ordered it and he also ordered 2 tomato pesto grilled cheese and when I say they didn't even toast the bread.... so you already know I'm upset by now and the fact my car is not working at the moment or I would take it right back and get my money back..this always happens to me whether I order from door dash, UberEATS, GrubHub but the fact he went in store and they still didn't follow directions it just amazes me....😡😡😡

I live uptown and I order Dunkin on doordash. This is the location that fulfills the order. I have never gotten an order that is complete to my liking. Always mess up a sandwich, or a coffee. Sometimes I don’t even get remotely close to what I ordered. I have taken it upon myself to call them once I place an order to confirm they don’t mess up my order. Store employees are SO VERY RUDE and act like it’s my problem that they messed up my order. Not to mention the moldy sourdough sandwich I got back in January… different conversation. TERRIBLE SERVICE. sub-par food quality. I really wish doordash would chose a new location to deliver from.
