I attempted to order a $600 tent, 2 back packs and 2 day packs. The order didn't get transmitted. I sent two emails to customer service requesting a call to assist me with placing the order. I never heard from customer service. If Teton will not call to help a customer place an order, I can only imagine how they deal with a problem.

TETON Sports is a great company. I’ve bought tons of their product. I have had backpacks, clips, zippers, and other pieces break over time as I use the product, however, I’ve always been treated right when it came to their customer service. I’ve had items replaced quickly and have been happy with response time. When I go camping, I choose TETON Sports.

The quality of their backpacks is so bad. I bought two for my boyfriend and in the small one the clip brokes the second time he used it. Also the service is bad too because they sell trough Amazon in Canada but no one take care of the page or answer for the damaged purchases. So disapointed with the brand and the luck of help.

Their Customer service quit and didn't do anything for 2 weeks when he put un his 2 week notice. They are sorry for that. They are all now starting to help everyone out now and are ramping up their Customer Service
It's not recommended but I use flavored drink mixes in mine. I try to get the mixes that don't have dye in them so it doesn't stain the bladder. Just be sure to clean them well. The same can be said for almost all hydration bladders.
There should be a side that has loops and the lower pocket open
