Even if you get them to answer the phone, you're connected to an overseas call center with someone who speaks English so poorly that all they can do is apologize for the inconvenience.

You should probably update your closing hours to 10::55 PM instead of having your security standing outside quoting company policy that the registers shut down at 10:55 not 11 PM. It's poor customer service and a poor representation for grocery store. It couldn't possibly be about overtime since we're all now checking ourselves out. Seems like Smith's is attempting to save money by preventing any employees from working overtime however your employees are still there stocking shelves so I don't get it. I guess we're at your mercy and you can treat us however you wish because there aren't many grocery stores in this market.

I share my concerns about the store on 825 south and 900 west but nothing much happens about my concern

I will no longer be a customer at any of your stores, because no one wears a mask in the store nearest my home. If you think that masks are not useful, think again. We need to be responsible citizens and help others.
I'm sorry I wish I can do anything for you
Same thing happened to me at the 1300 East 10400 S. in Sandy.
No response is your answer evidently. I would go elsewhere
Talked to the management about that
Don't assume that someone doesn't have a medical condition because they are walking fast and it doesn't show. I deal with this all the time. My medical condition isn't visible, but believe me, I have a few. Please be considerate of others. Do you know what "assume" means?
You can use coupons as long as you are reading the limitations on the coupon. There are limits. But as far as using them, you should be able to use them on any and every visit if they apply. Talk to a manager if you are in question about how to use coupons.
Call the pharmacy where it happened and let them know. They'll be able to do a count and help you. Ask for the Pharmacist.
I don't know about time requirements. I haven't heard of having to find someone to cover your own vacation. Going to HR to ask the question sounds like good direction.
You pick what stores you want them to shop at.
No
Talk to the front end manager and they can make it right
No
I also ask the same question all the trucks no matter who or what idling out front and people cant at schools ...
That might depend on what the fine is for. If I had more information, I might be of more help.
U have to be authorized my Kroger to do that.
