I've heard another complaint about this Dunkin but I continued to go since I never had a bad experience. After sitting in line for nearly 30mins. I find out, at the window, their card machine is down. No sign, no one coming out with signs to notify waiting customers, the person at the speaker didn't even say anything! I finally reach the window, no one is apologetic, just a "no cash oh well" sort of sassy attitude from the man and woman at the window. I understand things happen and I know working fast food sux. But put your heads together for decent customer service AT LEAST. There's too many places to buy coffee who can swiftly pivot and still be polite. Most people will understand, it happens.

If I could give this experience 0 I would; first off as a customer and your job as a customer service professions is to demonstrate the best customer experience for your customers and employee. The manager there is horrible after a long day of work, I come to the drive thru just to get a couple donuts and asked for a particular one which was not served there. So I ask well what kind do you have. Well you can come inside if you want to know. Excuse me it’s your job to let me know that’s what the drive thru is for. If you can’t handle your job then do yourself a favor and the company and quit. Poor management Poor customer service

Everytime I go here, the coffee mixture in the frozen coffee or lattes taste rancid. Also, they're always out of muffins. Whoever is managing this place needs to do a better job of quality control and inventory.

I love Dunkin’ but this particular location needs some re-training. I get there are staffing shortages in the restaurant and service industries but it’s how you handle them and they are not handling them well. My gripe extends way back. I always do a mobile order and even when their dining room wasn’t shut down, I had to wait awhile for my order or they couldn’t find it and looked very befuddled when I asked for an update. Workers usually ignore everyone when they are standing wt the register. Rarely do I get the donut I ordered. I guess I keep coming back just to give myself something to complain about. And I’m sorry did I order a cold brew or tea cus that is not cold brew SEPT 2021 UPDATE: they got worse. Idk how. But they got worse. They flat out have given up on opening the dining room but you’re still able to order a walk in pickup in the app only to sit in a drive thru line for 30 minutes. The cold brew at least had a tint of color to it. I emailed corporate who had the response “we can’t do anything cus they’re a franchise. Want $3?” Why have a customer service line if you can’t provide any service to your customers?
