They are very good fixing garden equipment. They also sell new items with warranty. I know these guys fro around 11 years, I don't care I have to drive 40 minutes because I know they are good fixing machines.

This place now has new owners but they are very nice and business seems to be doing well. It is still one of my go to places for chains for chain saws and small engine parts that I need for lawn mowers, blowers, power washers etc.

I have been taking my small engine type of equipment to Chino mower for 50 years. I've noticed that the service there has been progressively getting worse so I quit going last April after my last fiasco. I wrote a comment about it. Freddy had taken over the business last year around August or September so I thought I would give them another try and to my delight Freddy was more than happy to take care of my needs and assured me that they were under New Management and customer service was job one thank you Freddy.

I brought in my edger today that had fallen over and I thought I needed a new muffler because of the white smoke. The receptionist and mechanic told me all I needed to do was let it run until the oil burned off and then the white smoke would disappear. When I went home and did that my edger worked again. They did not charge me a penny when they could have because I did not know what was wrong. Thank you Chino mower for your honesty. You now have a customer for life and I hope many more because of this review! Johnny T
