Amazon Delivery Station - Chino (DLA7)

I have 8 pkgs that were supposed to be delivered to an Amazon Locker in Ontario yesterday. Packages went "out for delivery" yesterday morning from this location. Last night they were returned here undelivered. How does a driver not make delivery to a 24 hour AMAZON LOCKER location?! Now all packages say they will be delivered within 3 days. I WONT BE HERE IN 3 DAYS. I have to leave at 4am tomorrow for Michigan. I am a truck driver. I spent a lot of time planning this delivery to a truck stop Locker location at a time that I would be there. I also spent a lot of time shopping on Amazon. This is time, so valuable to a long haul driver, I can never get back. And this isn't the first time this has happened. The whole point of having my Prime membership is to be able to get these deliveries while on the road. I may as well cancel it. I'll just stick to Walmarts from now on.

I used to get all deliveries from Riverside. Last 4 months everything comes out of Chino. Items arrive early am in Chino and never get out before 10. Never get early in day deliveries anymore. Guess I need to stop being lazy and go back to the stores.

If I could give this station negative I would. I started deliveries at this station years ago and everything was in order up till they opened the riverside stations I switched and jus this week I decided to take a block with chino only to go to chaos. I spent over an hour in line waiting for my packages and also with support on phone so start an hour late due to employees on there and technical difficulties. Aside from that I went in today at around 6:30pm to return packages only to get refused by a staff member this staff member was not only rude but arrogant and refused to hear me out. Advise any flex members to avoid this station as it will not only delay your block time but staff there will misdirect and be impolite Years ago this station had everything in order even ppe and today it is the worst.

Can you please stop having your drivers use the gas station on Butterfield Ranch Road???? Your drivers are literally over taking that gas station and the local residents can not use it!!! There is one directly across the street from you! Use that one!! Our gas station is not strictly an Amazon delivery truck gas station! its for the residents it is the only one we have! GO AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!
