I was a shipping lead for a short time. Before that I was at the shipping office and before that I was a lumper. Really good people. The good people are about 80% Rude/mean 20%. Very simple. Lot of breaks and free food. Bonuses. Very good. The only downside is the 20% of rude/mean people that already forgot that they started moving boxes 2 years ago. They need to remember where they came from and become humble.

Yes it's true. If you show up 10 minutes early, they will turn you away. You have to be right on the dot. Unprofessional staff. Tight warehouse for the capacity of trucks. However, quick unloading and clean restrooms.
