I went in for an emergency since I had an injury on my ear. The most I waited in the ER was about an hour. I got called in and the doctor checked me in pretty quickly. The doctor I had (I don’t remember his name) was friendly and asked me many questions regarding my health which I very much appreciated; it let me know that at Chino Valley they care about their patients. I felt very comfortable during the time I was in the ER and also the doctor made me calm and safe during the time he was putting stitches in my ear. I hate needles so usually I get nervous however I was calm during the whole procedure. Thank you Chino Valley for being caring towards your patients. I will be switching over to Chino Valley for my care.

I have visited this hospital before over 5 years ago and it has been okay. My current visit today was great. From admission the young lady at the front was very nice, the nurse that did my triage was also very king and compassionate. I barely waited and the X-ray tech was waiting for ME before my triage was even done. Everyone was very kind but ESPECIALLY KASSIE the nurse that put a splint on my fracture. She was gentle and her bedside manner was great. It was an overall great experience and the friendliness of all of the staff was a breath of fresh air. I waited a few days to have my fracture seen because I was dreading going to “chino ER” but this visit has made a change in how I felt about coming here. Hoping not to need to come in again soon but I won’t hesitate again if I have to come here for treatment.

Dr Luis was amazing, he asked what was wrong and took the time to ask questions around your symptoms. Most of the time it makes me anxious to go the DR. Because I’m beat up from when I’m there. But this place and the nurses were amazing.

came in for left arm pain and got to spend the week there. The staff is awesome they listen to your concerns. they are short staffed due to covid but I still feel like I got the best care. I was covid positive but over my symptoms so I was put in the covid area where I had my own room isolated. Nurses in that wing were great and really nice, they kept me updated on everything going on and tried to get to my room fast enough when I needed them for small things like a ivy leak. They made sure I had my meds on time and I was comfortable. cardiologist made me feel really comfortable with everything and when I went to get my angiogram the cath lab itself was GREAT they made me feel really comfortable when I was nervous and took great care of me. I gave it for stars because the dietary wasnt very good when it came to allergies as I have many allergies wheat, egg, milk, seafood they did seem to be very educated on allergies because i was given cottage cheese and Italian dressing that contains milk. the first 2 days I want even fed and the first meal they gave me was a scoop of hashbrowns. So maybe if they could handle multiple allergies a bit better and have more options for those with multiple allergies it would be nice. overall great hospital.

I've only seen adult volunteers in reception lobby but doesn't hurt to stop by and ask.

Can my teenager volunteer

Visit the hospital and get the volunteer info at the front desk. We have teenage volunteers every year but they are associated with Chino High as a course they can take. So I'm sure there will be no problem with your son/daughter volunteering.
