Used to really enjoy this place. We don't understand how a restaurant that is having hard times thinks that making your food worse is going to help. Chicken was overcooked and dry. Sides tasted awful. Sorry but we're not going back.

CAREFUL - this store will NOT give the food you PAID online. Since COVID-19, I often order food from the restaurant website. E.g. Taco Bell, Chick-Fil-A, Chipotle, etc. I will PRE-PAY online and pick up the food. For this location, this is what happened: 1. Order from bostonmarket.com and pay online. 2. Order is confirmed and your credit card charged. 3, Drive to this store to pick up the food. 4. The store will REFUSE to give you food because the staff said they "do not honor online order". 5. Staff will tell you to call Corporate office to get a refund. So you order food, the store will not give what you paid for and you need to get a refund by calling Corporate office (not the store). This can take days and in the meantime, you do not get what you ordered. This sounds almost like a scam - a website that tell you that you can order food online but the store will not give you food. My recommendation: 1. File a chargeback with your credit card company. The more people do this, the more Visa/MasterCard/Amex will know and eventually refuse Boston Market from accepting credit card. 2. Submit a complain at bostonmarket.com.

This location needs improvement. This is my second visit with discrepancy. This visit I again ordered curbside pick up and nobody EVER came to bring me my order. Then when I walk in its only 2 staff members I can visibly see. The lady who I witnessed taking other orders to the curb was standing behind the counter surprised as if she didn't see the only curbside order sitting on the counter. They have a time thats it states its going to be ready and to call when outside. The phone literally just rings and when I inquired the lady said they are having phone problems. I asked so does it actually ring and she stated NO. So how do you have a contact less system set up for curbside and have advertisement that you do curbside when they don't have a working phone yet directing customers to contact a number that doesn't work in order to have someone bring order. On top of that I ordered a 3 piece chicken meal and was given only 2 pieces. The lady tried justifying it needed to be cut to make it 3 pieces but at that point if you gave it to me in 2 pieces its clearly 2 pieces not 3. I definitely will not be coming to this location at all. Poor customer service, false advertisement, and ripped me off for a piece of chicken. The piece she claims needed to be cut is part of the second piece so I in fact was only given a 2 piece when I purchased a 3 piece.
