If I could would have given 0 stars Dr. Tong made me feel uncomfortable when taking off my braces, he was frustrated with me for no reason ( all because I asked him to take my braces off ) he hurt me on multiple occasions while the procedure and did not apologize after the fact I told him.

I had a very good experience with Dr. Tong and his staff during my orthodontic treatment! Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable and were happy to answer any questions I had throughout my treatment. My treatment was completed in a timely manner and I love the results! Yes, we accept Medi-Cal insurance! Medi-Cal insurance either covers all or nothing of the entire treatment. There is a scoring criteria that our orthodontists will fill out based on the difficulty of your treatment, and if it passes a certain threshold, we will take models and photos to send to a Medi-Cal examiner. The Medi-Cal examiner will make the final determination of whether the treatment will be covered. At BigSmile Orthodontics, we offer complimentary consultations to see if you may potentially qualify.
Yes, we offer INBRACE lingual braces. Dr. Tong and Dr. Lee are actually the inventors of INBRACE, so they know how to treat with INBRACE better than anyone else in the world!
