We had Jason Conard from One Hour out to our home to repair our A/C unit. Jason was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be replaced and how to do it. He gave us a detailed assessment of the work to be performed and it's cost ahead of time. He then completed his work quickly and we were back up and running in a very short period of time. We couldn't be any happier with Jason's support and would be pleased to have him work on our heating and A/C system anytime it needs servicing. Great service. We're very happy.

Jesse was great!! He was very courteous. He followed the Covid-19 protocol with masking and keeping distance. He explained everything that he did thoroughly and showed the capacitor he replaced and pointed out how it didn't meet the minimum meter reading. I liked the service I received and I decided to get the maintenance agreement at the time of service partly for the discount, but more for the all around service. I would also like to say, One Hour sends a text and email of when they will arrive and the picture of the maintenance person. The office is also very responsive, quick to answer and are courteous. If I get good quality and reliable service as I did with One Hour, they have me for life as a customer.

I have used One Hour and have had excellent service every time. Billy was here on time. He was very through and very informative. He also recommended a new part on the A/C unit that should help prolong the life of the system. He also gave us some helpful tips on the running of the furnace so that we might save on energy usage. I will continue to use One Hour and would highly recommend.
