My pedestrian vs auto accident (where I was the pedestrian) happened on March 10, 2019.I was hit by a car, and sustained bad injuries. the defense for the perpetrator does not want to go to court, they want to cop a plea. michael nguyen, the da, in the course of our talks on the phone, told me back in april and on other conversations we had over the months that he has the video of the accident. he said, on the video, I was hit by a speeding car that jumped the curve, the car then hit a church, and finally drove back onto the street and sped off. when I spoke to him yesterday( september 6, 2019) about sending the video to me(as I asked for in our previous conversations), he said that I am not in the video, and the defendant walk away from the incident after hitting the church. he changed the story of the video. Sept 19 I just got off the phone with him.he told me I should be getting the tape in a week. He always says that. I have not gotten it yet. It has been about six weeks. Sept 25 He sent the dvd but there was nothiing on it.
