They have less staff on the weekends yet there should always be someone answering the phones. The line should never be busy because there are multiple lines to the number. If the office is empty because the staff are out on a call, the line is forwarded to the Alameda County Sheriff's Office Dispatch Center. Hope this helps.

Send an email to the Coroner of the county in which you think she may have died.

You can go up there and they may be able to disclose that information. Otherwise, contact the funeral home that has his body. You and your fanily have my condolences.
