They always do a great job taking care of our pets. Great service and care provided here.

Dr Sam is a VERY honest man! Our dogs had a couple loose teeth that fell out while her teeth were being cleaned. While Dr Sam could have charged me for this, he was honest and told me that they fell out of their own and I wasn’t charged. With this quality, he will go far in his practice!

Was initially just going to come here for the wellness plan and have a primary care veterinarian elsewhere, but then I met the staff and knew I wanted my dog, Kobe, to get all of his care here. Dr. Natalia, Kaitlyn, Lex, Stephanie, and everyone else were so caring and professional. I just felt it was the right place for us. Thank you all for being so amazing!

Incredibly helpful and responsive staff! I had a situation with ordering my pets prescribed food off of the petsmart website which needs vet authorization. The person who was assisting me went out of their way to call petsmart directly and authorize it, and called me back within 5 minutes to let me know that it’s been taken care of. Regardless of this specific situation, the staff at this location has always been incredibly kind and helpful when I’ve stopped in for my pets appointments. Thank you for all your help!

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
Hi Huda - Many of our veterinarians treat exotic animals such as reptiles and birds. We also offer treatment for other small mammals, including guinea pigs, rabbits, hamsters and gerbils. We recommend contacting your local Banfield to find out if they are equipped to treat your pet, or with any specific questions you may have regarding bringing your exotic pet or small mammal in for a veterinary visit.
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
