super bad service from the employees and manager. I have been getting the run around now for 5 months. They do not want any transparency to be held accountable for the intentional bad work they do.

No one seems to be able to get through. Was told to wait for an interview and it's literally been months. What else do you need :| *edit* well over 20 days with zero response. Had to involve local assemblymembers. Still nothing.

It’s best to go to your local unemployment office and fill out paper work there it get process much faster I was told

I believe so on the website At the login or after you login under unemployment claim it also says Disability unemployment Claim I believe it’s something like that my apologies if I’m wrong but I’m pretty sure I’m close to being almost right if I was you I would just go take a look at the website for yourself for better understanding

You have to go to the Oakport Office and the forms are there outside the office in the 3rd floor but the office is close. They won't let anybody in except for appointments only. But you can't even make an appointment thru the phone. This is what we pay on taxes. 😤😤😤😤
Yes you can. They have the numbers system in which they will call you when it's your turn. But the office is closed nowadays due to the pandemic and everything is done either by the phone or online. You can still drop by at the office coz they have posted instructions and phone numbers where to call and which site to do the transactions with that were never posted in any EDD site.Just saying
Log in to Ui Online and change your address in your Profile or you can call the self service number and change it through the operator
Go online under EDD benefits and claims and a list of options should appear to address your answers and hopefully come out with ongoing rightforth remedy. Right now what we need under a single roof is a agency that has are back for income, transportation, training, couseling, food, medical without any scrutiny which sustain us through our duration. Times now for some of us are harder and will get worse. Stay in the spirit.👨🎓👩🎓
