I talk to a worker about my situation to get help with the once in a lifetime deposit help.i found a new place fast trying not to become homeless with my grandson.The worker said they can't help me until I'm homeless.she wouldn't even except the paperwork saying my move out date or the paperwork for the new apartment.she said call back when I'm out the apartment/homeless. So basically they will help me after I completely lose everything and end up on the streets with a baby and nothing.

Alameda social services is located inside Eastmont Mall Eastmont Mall Newly renovation a safe place to go there is a clinic, a eatery.library senior citizen social club,job development workshop an organic food store DD'S clothes accessories, a Police department, a grocery store One more thing there's also an in home support services to become a care provider ☺️

2000 San Pablo, Oakland: Arrived around 4p; stood in line about 30 min. They only let 10 in at time. I picked up application packets and ended up applying online. Much faster, packets are 25 pgs or more each. Overall.......not to bad.

I do not know why. I think it is because the case workers do not wat to be bombarded with miscellaneous phone calls. That is the reason Alameda County has switchboard to answer phone calls.

I dont know if you can fill them online or not just go to the nearest office an ask or call the 1800 number good lyck but the Enterprise way in oakland office is the best very nice people there they always greet you at the door an then they direct you to what you need 100 percent of the time there the best
