I went to visit my son all the way from Humboldt county ...and it was an blessing to get the treatment of the front desk clerk.and the officer that helped and explained the things to me I needed to know about visiting

The women at the windows are so rude..I can't. Believe knowing what you are going thru with your loved one being in this place you would think that you would be treated better. Theses LADYS are so rude!!! The guards that take you in to visit are great..but for one..an old drunk guard he is ruthless. I've been dealing with theses people since March and I can no longer take this abuse!!!! So this is why I am writing this post. I pray no other family has to be treated like this. Its not like we are going tru enough with our loved one being in a place like that. If I could give no stars I would!! Thank you so to the guards that are kind and thoughtful in this time in our lives.
