Not bad. Uneven classes, switched teachers abruptly... where did Coach Anna go? Payment system is lousy. I missed the cutoff date to withdraw from class by 3 days, now I am on the hook for another 7 weeks of classes! Ouch. I like their equipment, and it's easy to get to, but some of the customer service stuff is annoying.

I don't think actively on the floor but at the gym yes. I read somewhere that kids couldn't be dropped off or left unattended by parents if I'm correct. There are benches and a waiting room with toys and books for siblings.
Yes you do. You can sign up for a free trial class but then there is a monthly tuition and yearly insurance fee if you decide to continue. Very reasonable for what they offer.
