Hello! I live at Berkshire Gardens Apartments. When I moved in July 2021 the apartment was missing most of the window screens and the glass door screen, I also asked them to clean the inside of the air conditioner in the living room since it has a bad smell when it is turned on but they never fixed. A month ago I asked again for someone to fix it since the weather was warming up and I'm still waiting but the worst thing is to find out that despite everything they are going to increase my rent something that neither the apartment nor its surroundings, corridors and stairs they are worth it. The corridors and the stairs are disgusting.

I do not live here however my twin cousins do they have been contacting them since December 2021 about this water leak in the shower and still up to this day isn’t fixed yet the hole is even bigger now and still no one would come fix it smh

Just recently moved in. The property manager Matt is great! He made moving an easy transition! As far as the maintenance staff. We had a leak in one of our closets, once reported it was fixed within 24 hours. Awesome experience so far! Neighbors are quiet and respectful as well.

We are new renters. Matt has been very kind and the other workers have been too. While applying we found out on 2 different occasions that there was something they forgot to tell us that caused the time till we could move in to grow and on 1 occasion we were given a total of money that was less then it should have which we corrected. The apartment was nice and always warm but in moving in we had several things that needed to be fixed right away, however they did take care of it fast. One of these things was the toilet that was fixed fast yet had new problems pop up after each visit until the 3rd one. The other renters are all super great though I haven’t had a problem with anyone and they are super friendly. It’s not super quick yet the only noise is just the children running upstairs but that’s nothing I’d complain about. All in all not a bad place to live and definitely a place I’d like to call home for some time. In s year I’ll write a new review due to having more insight
