I just wanna say hi. Welcome everyone to the disastrous world of MMG. Aren't they lovely. Listen to a the real reviews and ignore the fake (good) ones. Trust me. It is a shame that people like this exist. Truly I hope y'all sleep well at night knowing that you lie to people who rent from you. Shame on you.

This is the absolute worst place I have ever lived. The management for this property has changed more time than I count in the past year and half that I have lived here. While these changes happen the paperwork is lost in the shuffle. My roommates and I have had to submit leasing information on several separate occasions now all while living here and paying our rent on time monthly. The laundry machines are constantly broken and left unfixed for weeks on end. Also, you have to pay for each use, so by the time you have done one load on laundry you’re spent $15. The front door to our apartment has had a broken lock for days now so anyone can just walk in. The charges for “noise complaints” are given out to every renter regardless if you are on the floor these complaints come from. The front door to the building is broken so anyone can walk in off the street. And this is by far the filthiest facility I have ever been in. Over priced, and not worth it at all. This is the worst experience for renters. More money and trouble than is worth your time.

I would not recommend renting here. My partner and I lived here for a year. We rented a one bedroom apartment, but it was more like a studio with a door to the bedroom. There is no natural sunlight in any room asides for the bedroom. The kitchen and very small living room area are in such an odd rectangular shape so it doesn’t really allow for comfortable seating or separation of the two spaces. There had been multiple occasions where people who do not live in the building have been granted access to the inside and vandalized the community center as well as used our gym. The trash is always overflowing and the elevator seems to break more than it should. The fire alarm goes off pretty often as well. Although, it had gotten less frequent in our last months here. The real cherry on top is crooked management. They lie to get you in and do some shady things. We had just began moving some of our belongings out and went back today to grab some more to find the maintenance man (the previous manager was just fired) showing our apartment to someone. We are still leasing this apartment and took it upon ourselves to move some of our items out early to settle into the new place. I have also never been contacted about them wanting to show our apartment, with our things inside of it, to others. We had important tax information and paperwork laying out on the windowsill of our apartment as well as valuables. This is unacceptable as we are to be notified of someone entering.

I thought a lot of to write or not this review because I don’t like to focus in negativity but I feel I have the responsibility to set a precedent for people that are looking for a home. I moved to this building due to my divorce so I did not have choice And chance to review It very well. The building looks good at first but is just a building. The social areas that were offered for free were always locked. Except the gym that was lacking of many things and dirty. I have to join extra gym Retrofitness. They reserve the rights to charge your contract for anything so they start charging for amenities That were not available and changed the rules on the way. The gym was closed during the pandemia and I understand this but the administrator was able to use it alone with his friends while we were paying for this service . Lot of drug addicted in the building so the marijuana smell welcome you all the time . I complained and no measures taken on top of this the fire alarms went off at list twice a week and you have to get out of the building even winter time and late hours night time because of that. The drains and garden were dirty and many cars were flooded and the building never took responsibility of this. I totaled my car while leaving here because of this issue. They are not accurate with security And I found a person inside my apparent apartment because they gave them the wrong key. So scary. Some homeless in the parking lot make you feel unsafe when you get home late. And with the money the charge you and no negotiate any cents. I was charged one extra month during the Pandemia and could not negotiate even the internet bill that was 0. When I moved I hired a professional company for cleaning and they charged me on top for cleaning because as I said they are hungry for money. When I received the apartment they carpet was old dirty I have to pay also for professional cleaning and they charge at the end shampooing when by the law they should change the deteriorate carpet just for health. Many students leaving there so you know what that means if you are a quiet person and the walls are not sound insulated. As per are allowed you get many times in the elevator with animals and they pee inside the elevator or jump in you. There nothing the handyman can do with the negligent Administracion. My advice don’t choose this place or any Other building in the area managed by Metropolitan Management Group, because the mess is due to the administration. The building is beautiful but is leaving a Calvary. Also I see people that does the good reviews I never saw them there. My stars are only for the handyman He is alone with all the work af the messy people that live there.

The one bedrooms start at $1035/month, however, we don't have any available at least until February 2021. Will that time frame work for you?
