The new Property Manager, Christina, has only been here 2 weeks, but has managed to get and stay on top of some of the many issues in Oak Meadows. Issues that have long been overlooked. The complex is shaping up in the short time Christina has been here. She’s a positive, intelligent, hard working addition to Oak Meadows. Welcome, Christina, and best of luck in your attempts to upgrade a Complex with potential but needs attention. You can do it!

Nice area, apartment is nice. Before moving please do a walk through with management and notate any thing wrong big or small. Before leaving do the same. I was without washing machine for an entire months, communication with Brandy & maintenance was terrible. Each time i seen them outside i asked about the machine they acted as if it was new news even Brandy. I was promised a $20.00 refund i reminded her more than twice. I have moved still not received. Instead they charged me for my bedroom window that i cleaned $20 or $30. The cabinets and framework in the apartment are fragile, not sturdy. If a problem arises it is difficult to get repairs( not equipped nor qualified). Get everything in writing and please take videos or pictures. I cleaned my son place when he moved out the stove, microwave, frige washer & dryer. I was there 2 days bfore they move cleaning. They charged them for everything i cleaned. They kept his security and tried to charge him another thousand for things that was petty and should have been completed before they moved in. These apartments are over 20 years; however when you move out that want them yo look as if they are new. If you have a smear on your window they are going to charge you. They ask you to move earlier than your moveout date, if you are thinking they want to maybe paint or whatever( i did) so i canceled my painter. Don’t do stay until the date. You will not be getting your full refund. Good Luck

I would like to say about Oak Meadows Apartments that they are Complex Apartments in Reading. I rated the Complex of the Apartments three stars even though they are a very nice and comfortable Apartments to live.Proto, thank you very for taking the time to give Oak Meadows a review.
