Lauren was absolutely delightful. The inside of the townhouse looked fantastic and its surrounding community was picturesque. Furthermore, it only sounds like it is going to get better with the new trees, which are soon to be planted. Yet, what really impressed me was the pride that everyone in the community had for their home. It was also evident that Lauren put a lot of effort to make this place glisten. I am seriously considering this piece of property due to my overall positive experience and the quality of the townhouse, along with its surrounding community!

They used to be good at returning phone calls/fixing things . Not sure what happened. I love my apartment but the flooring is cheap. I have asked numerous times for them to come fix my bathroom floor. It is peeling and needs to be resealed before it becomes a bigger issue. My carpet on the upstairs is also very old. I would appreciate if they would come fix the bathroom flooring so it doesn’t get worse.

I have been a tenant here for over 3 years and can't say enough good things about management and the rest of their team. It has been a pleasure living here. My neighbors have been great. And if there was ever an issue with plumbing, or anything, maintenance handled it promptly. i am relocating for work and am sad to go.
