Not only did i get fast responses but the staff is super friendly and take the time to get familiar with tenants. I lived there 3 yrs and got to know Elle, Eddie and the rest of the maintenance team. Property manager has answered and assisted outside office hrs and maintenance has always been done within the week of being notified...super quiet area, nice neighbors, only reason i left is because of my line of work.

I have only lived here a short period of time, but haven't had any problems. I know there are mixed reviews, but I don't feel the same way. My neighbors are super quiet and super clean,,. [seriously, they are actually out every Sunday raking and cleaning the yard!!!] You know how you really don't know how a true neighborhood is until a Friday Saturday night hits?? Well, I moved from Philly and I couldnt believe my first Friday night here.. the only sound I heard were crickets and the sound of leaves swaying from the trees. The next weekend all I heard were crickets, and bingo in the distance! lol!! The property manager [El ] is awesome! Always responds to texts IMMEDIATLY! as well as Todd in maintenance. Yes , I did however experience the visit of 1 roach, [which HELLLLOOOO, does happen all over the world in apartment buildings] however, this is my fault for leaving food out and being careless. To take care of that, I jst make sure that I keep food locked away, and kitchen and apartment clean at all times, and spray all areas. WHO WOULDNT???? I absolutely love coming home to this warm, cozy apartment. Keep up the good work El and Todd! --Tasha L

My girlfriend and I moved in in december and have been happy here ever since. Our apartment was clean and had new appliances when we moved In and it's a cozy 2 bedroom apartment for a reasonable price. We smell no mold. It's a cat friendly apartment complex. However if you want a dog you need double security deposit. Only down side. Cozy and ALWAYS warm

My name is Diane smith , I lived at autumn park for 9 years my apt. Was clean and management worked with you if I ever needed anything the maintenance men were on top of it you gotta remember they have a lot to do so it might take a day or 2 plus I had wonderful neighbors and it is a shame that Eleanor wasn't there as long as I was cause I would of liked to get to know her better. The people who say the apartments are filthy and no one corporates with you are the people who make the places dirty bring bugs and it is what you make it I miss all the people I got to know there. Eleanor is a wonderful manager and person she works for the people who live there if you have a problem she will listen and the maintenance guys Todd, Bill , and Tim help you and do there jobs well so I would recommend autumn park apartments as a place to live thank you for everything signed Diane Smith
