Mediterra has a great staff starting from the people In the office to their maintenance personnel . Everyone has been very kind and friendly since moving here . Yvonne has provided me with great service and professionalism. Yvonne took care of my application and was very quick in giving me a call back as soon as there was a unit available. Yvonne took time out of her day to give me a tour of the community and amenities they have to offer . Yvonne has gone out of her way to quickly respond to any questions I may have at any given point regarding the community. Her great dedication and commitment to her job has made my transition living in this community the best of my experience.

I scheduled and got emails from Yvonne Morales for a viewing. I drove over 45 minutes for my scheduled showing. I showed up and was told they have no apartments available or upcoming. Rude of them to waste my time!
