He paralyzed my dad from the neck down and then would not even look me in the eye afterwards to tell me what happened. He left him in recovery unable to move for over 8 hours while he did other surgeries before he started trying to come up with a plan. We had to scramble to find a new surgeon that would accept him and try to repair the damage within 24 hours of the initial surgery. No one from his office had even contacted my family to check on us afterwards. Literally run for your life from this place.

Dr. Kosmoski was fantastic. So personable and knowledgeable. Really knew what i needed and did not jump to surgery. I really felt as ease and being a nurse I know a great doctor from a bad one. His staff was super too. Best experience I have had in a long time since my injury.

Hands-down one of the best doctors we have ever had the pleasure of knowing. He is highly skilled and explains everything patiently and completely. He is such a warm and kind person and has a wonderful way of putting you at ease. His staff is so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, as well. Cannot recommend highly enough.

My original review was deleted, surprise. This doctors office is incredibly rude and unprofessional. My husband's surgery was not successful, and we ended up finding a new surgeon who immediately knew what the issue was. He ordered scans to confirm what he thought, and was correct. The difference in the staffs was night and day!! We were treated so poorly with Dr. Kosmoski's office. Prescriptions were not called in, FMLA was not filled out (until we literally just showed up with them), we were told to not overreact when my husband was in excruciating pain. The entire experience was absolutely horrible. The day of the surgery I was left in the waiting room for 8 hours with only one update, while two men were allowed to go back and be with their spouse in recovery. I have worked in doctors offices, and I would have been fired on the spot had I spoken to a patient the way I was just spoken to on the phone. I cannot urge you enough to find a doctor and staff who cares.

Been operated on twice by Dr Kosmoski, back first time, and neck second time. Neither time did he mention laser surgery. A very good doctor, takes a over an hour to explain everything.
