I'm not trying to brag but here are the facts: I have years of rental history, never missed a payment in my life; the pandemic didn't effect me. Last place I rented was $1500 in Portland, before that $3800 in L.A., and $1700 in D.C.. I have over 50k in the bank, more in investments, I'm not in debt, and I have average credit. I even have a paid off 2021 car. Lastly, I agreed to pay a year the whole lease up front! Considering all that, if you were a landlord, would you want me as a renter? Apparently, that isn't good enough for this trailer park. They didn't even call me back to let me know I was denied. I had to call them for an update.

Stone Town

Mostly quiet. Love it so far! New trailers are replacing the old ones as fast as they can.
