I went on a weekend. They have live piano playing on Fridays and Saturdays. You may want to call and inquire about Thursday nights. Enjoy!
Concept - soothing decor, high end prices, dress ranges from casual to somewhat dressy. I was in there on a Monday evening and it was mobbed, tho service is attentive. Menu has variety, with not too many choices. Target market - well heeled Theme - it's on the grounds of La Quinta Resort and Spa, and also has great golf, so the theme is southwestern chic Al a carte - yes
