Prices are often higher in store than on the CVS app, CVS won’t price match their own site. Many app discounts are in store only and not applicable to pickup orders either. Shady and unethical businesses practices in my opinion. Front of house night staff is rude and they were eating on the floor when I came in, ignoring customers. When asked for help had a bad attitude and were not interested in helping me. Go somewhere else.

Worst pharmacy I have ever been too. I never leave reviews but today pushed me over the edge. They leave you on hold for an hour and can’t answer simple questions. They have billed my insurance wrong multiple times. Please go anywhere but here if you don’t want to have a mental breakdown trying to fill a simple prescription. They are slow and good luck getting your medications on time. Customer service is horrible. Don’t expect them to do anything in a hurry even if it’s an emergency. I waste my time here 24/7. Even my doctors have had trouble getting them on the phone. If you have other options use those. They clearly don’t know how to run a pharmacy.

Yesterday at 6pm I went into the store to print a photobook and a poster, did my thing and I left home. Today at my break time (April 14,2022) I called because I didn’t receive any email confirming my order or saying that the order was ready. Anyways, I decided to give it a call and I spoke with CINDY, who specified me that both the photo book and the poster where ready. When I get to the store after work around 6pm the lady at front said the order was not ready, I explained what I talked with the morning lady Cindy, she check and the poster was in fact ready but the photo book wasn’t. She tried her best and finally 1hrs and 15 minutes later and leaving the store with NO PHOTOBOOKS. I am giving 2 ⭐️ because of the person in charge apologized and gave the poster for free, and he was really sorry as the lady who attended me at first. But, that doesn’t change that they (as store) name lost a lot of time. Anyways…try to avoid printing here if you are expecting a professional and responsible persons to get your orders ready. Good look.

Be prepared to wait 15-20 mins each time you try to call this CVS. Each time you call you will be provided inconsistent information. Stay away because they clearly have zero emphasis on customer service or even answering their phones.
