Sadly I just spoke to the rudest woman ever and she had me on speaker phone. The Doctor had said they would see because I'm new to Optimum and am already a patient. I've known Dr. Farooqi for many years and trust him. This staff person basically hung up on me said no way till October. I spoke to wonderful girl Sandra earlier in the day who was helping me and requested I call back. Sadly again I got this woman, no name given and I'm appalled she would speak to anyone like that. Anyway I guess I'm off to a new Doctor. Michael Ballman

Love Dr. Farooqui! Great Doctor. Fantastic staff in most part. Office Manager never bothers to return a call. New phone system installed and it means leave message. You can get front desk but 9 times out of 10 you will be put on hold for 5 mins or longer. DOCTOR GETS 20 STARS!!! Office manager gets 1 Stars. Lack of a proper phone system that actually gets you to a human whom can help Minus 10 Stars. Great Doctors are out there Unfortunately if their STAFF is Not TOP NOTCH it cost the patients and in long run costs the Doctor that trust him, would never consider going to another.

I brought my grandfather a couple of months of ago to a doctors exam and I have to say I appreciate the way they take care of the elderly at this office. The way they welcomed him and treated him was very warming and genuine, he wouldn’t stop talking about. The Doctors bedside manner is a 10+. 💪🏼Definitely recommend. Thank you.

Dr. Farooqui is very professional. He made me feel very comfortable, listened attentively, answered my questions, explained how we were going to address my condition, & if nothing else, gave me lots of hope for a better future. His staff is very friendly and work seamlessly to make sure patients are ready for their visit with Dr. Farooqui. I had a really great experience. Thank You Dr. Farooqui!
