Basically no hats is the dress code.
Business casual is the best fit for Morgan's. Mostly slacks and polo/button up for men. I have seen dress shorts, just not as common.
It's still a resort atmosphere, but it's the more upscale restaurant on property. Guests are usually wearing slacks and buttoned up shirts for men, dresses for ladies.
Upscale casual, no shorts and a collared shirt.
