I spoke with you ‘’general manager’’ Jose on the phone about my situation promised to call me back that never happened. I had a bad experience with one of your finance managers ( Miguel). Who was very rude and disrespectful. I waited on a car approximately a month which was a 2022 Acura MDX Tech Package and turned out to be a 2023 instead,which I was so excited to purchase. Everything was fine with the salesman (Trevor) regarding prices, but when I went to the financial office to sign up for paperwork and stuff, there was a question I asked the finance manager about a product called (RESISTALL) which cost more than a $1000 which I thought I didn’t need it because the coverage package didn’t make sense to me at all. The finance manager on his side instead of giving me a better explanation on the product or the package,he got upset and asked me to leave his office and go somewhere else.
