I have lived at the Palomar Apartments for fifteen plus years. The property is always clean and the staff is always friendly and willing to help. The property management host various things to do throughout the year for the kids. Movie nights in the courtyard, water slide parties in the summer, backpack giveaways are just to name a few. i don't know of any other property that cares about their residents the way The Palomar Apartments does! My family is fortunate to be able to live here!

It's low housing it's kept up well. We have a lot of things going on We have after school program for the kids and more. I been here since 1983. I have the best Community Administrator and Staff. I can go on and on.
