I moved here in June and I loved how cheap this place was cause the apartment was pretty rough but since the new owners bought the place out the raised the rent almost 100% and we can even get new drawers, kind of absurd to change rent for us tenants by 600 and I don't know why anyone would pay 1900 for an apartment with no drawers, old carpets, old bathrooms, the dryer sucks and you have to use it twice to dry your clothes and the pools are dirty more than its clean, id recommend looking anywhere else till these new landlords actually improve these apartments but they've only changed there property managers apartment but no one else

Been here for almost 3 years and everything has been great from day 1. Management is professional and friendly. For the size of the apartments you can't find a better deal in this area.
