I drove by and placed an order on Saturday night after work at 9:00pm.. Ricky was tending to the drive through and he was very professional and polite. He took my order and apologized for the wait. In the meantime when I completed my order another voice came on the speaker telling me that my order was canceled and that they weren’t taking anymore orders. When I asked her why she refused to answer. I found out her name was (Tigh A. )and she was the Manager on that evening. Her mannerisms was horrible and just down right ghetto. The only reason I didn’t drive away was because of Ricky who was very accommodating even despite the disrespect and rude mannerisms of his supervisor. I think he needs to be the manager and she needs to be demoted. Customer service is everything!!
