Accidentally sent the mobile order to the incorrect Starbucks. Understandably, this was my fault; however, neither Starbucks was able to work with me on a refund or just make me the drink based on my receipt. I feel that for a large organization, the customer service should be better. I was basically ignored instead. Pretty upsetting. I ended up purchasing another drink without a refund on the other.

Asked for a simple iced coffee with cream, and I got milk while paying 3 bucks for this nonsense. This store manager should train your employees better. The picture below is much better presentation of iced coffee after I asked for more coffee poured.

Very tide and nice Starbucks. Simply it's an affiliate Starbucks to Virginia Tech, me personally appreciate that. But it doesn't support mobile order and doesn't supply clover reserve which is my personal favorite, thus a little disappointed applies to me.😅 After all, a nice place if you love starbucks coffee and don't want to ride along spending precious time.😁
