Half of machines are out of order. So if you are unlucky enough to be there with other people you unfortunately will have to do with what's available. Not all the machines clean or dry the same. So you'll need another round of luck to pick the right one, unfortunately you won't know that answer until it's too late. Also I know it's not their fault, so I didn't include it in the score, but horrible cell service. Bring a book with you or be sure to download a couple episodes of whatever.

I really wanted this place to work out since it's fairly close to home but each time I walk in there are fewer and fewer machines that work. Tonight as I sit here looking around there are only 5 or 6 working dryers out of roughly 30 and about as many working washers. The icing on the cake is the diet coke I just bought out of the vending machine is hotter than the clothes coming out of the dryers.

Dryers and machines constantly steal money. Out of 20 dryers 4 generally work, and a quarter of the washing machines that are available actually clean your clothes. Management is cheap and refuses to fix issues in order to make themselves more money. Would strongly suggest washing your clothes in a sink rather than waste money here.

Washing machines are always either not working, break while using them, or they take your money. Once had one of them lock my clothes in and wouldn’t unlock. Had to get manager to unlock it. Clothes always smell less fresh after washing and drying here. If it wasn’t right next to my apartment I would never use it. Only 4 dryers are reliable and are always in use unless you get lucky. Have wasted a lot of time and quarters hopping from dryer to dryer trying to find one that gets hot. Most dryer buttons are stuck and won’t press and still keep your money. (Also the soda machines have offen vended out warm sodas. Be wary of the snack machines, sometimes the one you choose won’t fall down the shoot.)
