I choose the VIP option, the $42 one is the most expensive of the option, overall a good service but i feel for that price they should include the trunk vacuum and the fragrance

Considering the fact that I payed for an superior wash AND tipped, you would think the cashier would lose her attitude. No complaints on behalf of the kids that towel dry, but the lady in the blue shirt's attitude was not appreciated. I go to your car wash to get my car cleaned not to be the bigger person. No complaints on the quality of the wash, Lady just needs to loose the attitude.

Nice employees. Did a decent job except they didn't clean my windows. And for $27.95 PLUS a $10.00 tip you would think they would clean my windows!! They broke my antenna and the manager had the nerve to say it was broken already. I have proof it wasn't plus witnesses to back me up. Won't be back.

I had the full service wash done today which includes exterior and interior. The description says vacuum and wipe down. After I inspected my car I found many places missed on the inside (under my seats, cupholders etc. *See photos* I don't think they even vacuumed under my seat covers. I also found smudges of dried soap on the exterior of my car. I was very disappointed.
