Worst company - waiting over 6 months for my furniture and they still don’t have updates

I went in eager to learn about their furniture and had loved what I saw on the web. Every salesperson ignored me and when I asked the Manager if I could ask her a question, she fobbed me off onto a salesperson who could answer my question, who went to ask someone and came back and said “I don’t know.” Here is the question: How is the joinery in the substructure? Is it wood? And is it dovetailed or stapled? I was treated so badly And the customer service so poor, they lost an enthusiastic customer.
