Had a feeling they'd play games or didn't know what they were doing. If you're selling or trading a car don't waste your time. They wasted mine. I put in a request online, shared photos, disclosed condition and accident history and the VIN number on acceleride. Accelride booked me with them, who then said they couldn't honor that offer. I got another dealer to honor it and and then they agreed to match it. $250 more than Carmax and worth my time or so I thought. I've had multiple appraisals this month, online and in-person in the same ballpark. After waiting for the inspection they lowballed me $1100 because of the past accident. That was information they had upfront with my VIN number. Who makes an offer without checking the Carfax? Maybe an honest mistake but still extremely frustrating.

Service: 5+ Stars. Aaron is awesome. They’ve always gone above and beyond with attention to detail and video walkthrough of the car and what needs to be done. I’d recommend going to them for any service related issues. Even oil changes are reasonably priced and they throw in a car wash. Service department makes you feel like you’re in a luxury dealership. Sales: 1-2 stars, actually didn’t purchase my Mazda here in 2021 after test driving. Had to come back another day... Sales person didn’t honor Costco purchasing for the higher end trims. Gave the run around on coming in to sign and drive. I didn’t want to work on his schedule or when it was convenient for him. Took forever so I went somewhere else and got it done faster at the price I wanted. I would consider purchasing my next Mazda here if I could do it through the Service department!

Three weeks ago I visited Ira Mazda looking for a small SUV. Fortunately, The Mazda Man, Doug was our salesperson. Doug has worked for Mazda for over 30 years and now I know why. Doug made the car buying experience fun! Within 2-1/2 hours I traded in my car, was approved for a loan and bought a brand new CX 5. Alex did a great job showing me all the features at pick up. The SUV handles beautifully and I love driving it. If you a looking for a vehicle, I highly recommend Ira Mazda.

This our second Mazda in the last year that we bought from this dealer. Both times we dealt with the same sales consultant. He was such a pleasure to work with. So far the dealer interactions we've had servicing our 2021 Mazda CX-5 have all been positive. Today we picked up our second Mazda. A barely used 2021 Mazda 6 Grand Touring Reserve. We're very excited. It's a great car.

Although you may not feel, hear or see a change in your vehicle's performance, there may be an issue that will only get worse the longer you wait to have it checked.
