I ordered a $3000 secretion all. And the original deliver guys could not get it into my house. They put it back on the truck. When I called the store and spoke with one of the owners. I was told that it was a special order and the drivers should of left it basically on my lawn. I could pay a 20% restocking fee and merchandise credit for the difference. My boyfriend called them back. And the next thing I know is they are offering to re-deliver the sectiob. When MY BOYFRIEND would be home. I am so insulted as a 52 year old woman who paid good money to this company for the sexist customer service they provided. However the second more experienced delivery crew managed to deliver the sectional. And we’re the most gracious delivery team I have ever had. However I will never buy anything else from this company based on there customer service handling of the conflict resolution.

They park loud trucks that run all night outside of there building. It's annoying. The furniture is spectacular!
