No one wants their brakes to go while they're on vacation but it happened! Stanley Subaru was amazing. We called at 7:00 in the morning and thanks to Don we had an appointment that same day. Big shout out to Becky, her customer service is outstanding. She takes the time to explain things and was clearly knowledgeable about everything Subaru. Doug fixed our car in a timely and caring way. Nobody at Subaru tried to pressure us into getting things we didn't need done. We really appreciated their honesty and can't say enough good things about Stanley Subaru. Becky, Doug, and Don, You all rock!

My cars engine decided to peace out and these wonderful people were hands down the most accommodating I think I've ever seen from a dealership. Ive never purchased from them before but the second I came through the door they made me feel like they genuinely cared that my car was down and what it meant for my family and business. They had a car for me to use in the meantime and worked above and beyond to get my stuff taken care of. I truly mean what I say, they are absolutely amazing and you should definitely check em out if you are shopping for a car or even just need some work done on your subie. Good afternoon! That kind of notification is to let you know you have manufacturer-recommended service coming up. Depending on your mileage, it may be as simple as an oil change, tire rotation, and safety check. Some service milestones are a little more involved, though, so it's hard to give an estimate without more information. You should be able to check the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual to find out what would be involved for this particular service, or you could always give us a call to look it up for you and give you an estimate. We have a number of systems in place to help keep our team and our guests safe. We have no-contact service appointments available. We've made it possible to buy your vehicle from home. We sanitize vehicles before and after each person gets in a vehicle. We have hand sanitizer available throughout the dealership. We have rearranged our showroom and service lounge to provide appropriate, safe distances. We have masks available at entrances should anyone forget. And that's not all. We are big dog fans here! We would love nothing more than for you to bring your dog on a leash to keep you company during your express service. Fair warning, we have a few people on staff who may ask to come up and dote on your dog while you're here.
