Spent a lot of money with them just to have a unreliable car, and then does nothing to make it right except low ball me for the car for less then what I paid to have them to fix it. So they get my money to completely redo the engine and get the car and turn around and make even more money. Totally ridiculous.

I had an amazing experience with this dealership! It was a couple hours drive from me, however I had wanted a Subaru and I had called around, then these guys stole the show. The communication was great. I spoke with Erik, and from the first moment he made me feel comfortable and confident it was worth the trip in. He listened to what I wanted, and found me something that couldn't of been more in line with my hopes for a new vehicle, and then worked with me and my busy schedule ahead of time to make sure everything would work to come in and get it all done the same day. There was no pushy sales pitches or double talk, I truly left with what I was looking for and a month later I still just love it. The dealership itself is beautiful and comfortable and bringing my three kids to hang out there during this long process was not a miserable experience like it could have been. He even took the time to tell my kids about their beautiful fish tank and show us around. I appreciated my experience here. They gained a life long customer for sure! If you are looking for a Subaru and a buying experience you can have faith and trust in, I highly recommend!!

This was our first dealership visit and car purchase ever. Angie was terrific! She was extremely nice and helpful. We had felt a bit of a personal connection even from 6ft away. She took care of us and let us really lead our own way. Sallie was also extremely nice and helpful. They both treated our dogs like family. Don helped with our financing and again we were met with kindness. He's very knowledgeable of the industry and made the paperwork process quick and painless. At the new location. Turn right in the first lane where you see all the cars parked. Drive all the way to the end. You will see some vehicles parked perpendicular to the others, but facing you. If not sold yet you should see a White Chevy Traverse for example. Used Subarus might be in the row to your left as you drive that first lane. Cars sold AS IS might be at their old location.
Hi! Thanks for your question. Since this began, we've installed robust safety practices in accordance with CDC guidelines. Among our practices, all staff and customers must wear masks, masks and sanitizer stations at the entrances of the dealership, we have limited occupancy and staff indoors and have moved furniture and cars out of the store to offer more space. We have plexiglass dividers in the service department and do not accompany customers on test drives. Those are some of our practices. Please don't hesitate to ask if you have any department specific questions about our safety efforts.

Evergreen Sabaru is a great place to buy a car! They treat you good, we enjoy going there.They service what they sell. Waiting room is nice and they supply you with snacks and coffee.
