Gifford's Famous Ice Cream

No customers 2 people inside. After 2 mns they said they would be right with me. After 5 mins i left still the only customer in sight. Felders choice down the road has ice cream too.

Takes too long to get the ice cream once you've ordered. I ordered two scoops of mint chocolate chip and waited 10 mins.

I ordered a banana split. The girl asked me what flavors I wanted. I told her to suprise me, because I'm not picky. She gave me dutch chocolate, french vanilla, and peanut butter. All excellent choices. They served it to me and it was huge. It was delicious and well worth the money. I am here working this week from Tennessee. If I come back, I will give them my business again. Thank You for a delicious treat.

Very poorly run. Entire staff is comprised of all teenagers who have no clue how to do their jobs. Cashier doesn't know which buttons to push, a large soft serve looks like a baby dish, we ordered 3 icecreams and 4 groups behind us with multiple people recieved their orders before us. I completely understand the learning process as these are 'kids' but there should be some type of shift leader or someone with experience on staff to explain to them how this should work. We will not be returning.
